Hello! I’m Mimi 🥰. I’m located at K Nails in Leesville, Louisiana📍. I do acrylic nails, women and men manicures. I have been perfecting my craft for almost 4 years🫶🏽! This is my passion NOT A JOB. I take what I do very seriously and I’m very confident and passionate about how my work comes out. My mission as a nail tech is to make sure all of my new and returning clients are comfortable, satisfied and beautified once being serviced by me🥹. Thank you to every single one of you who supports me and happy booking! 1. 💰 Booking & Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit of 10$ is required to book your appointment. • Deposit DOES NOT goes toward your total, but is to secure your appointment day and time! • No deposit = no appointment. Slots fill up fast, so book early. 2. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy • Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. • After 10 mins you WILL BE charged a late fee, after 15 mins your appointment is cancelled! • Respecting your time and others’ helps keep us all on schedule. 3. ✨ Service Guarantee • If you experience chipping or lifting within 3 days, I’ll fix it free of charge. • Must notify me within 72 hours and provide photos. • No refunds once service is complete. 4. 📸 Content & Social Media • I may take photos/videos of your nails for my portfolio/social media. • If you prefer not to be filmed/photographed, just let me know in advance. 💅🏽 These policies protect my time, energy, and business while ensuring a professional experience for every client. Cancellation Policy
❌ Cancellations • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • Same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the service fee. 🔄 Same-Day Rescheduling • Same-day rescheduling is not permitted and is treated as a cancellation, resulting in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. 💳 Payment & Enforcement • A card on file is required to book all appointments. • Missed or late-canceled appointments will be automatically charged to the card on file. • If payment is declined, the balance must be cleared before booking another service.
